Today's ServSafe class was taught by our Chef Instructor Brian Naughton. Brian demonstrated the difficult relationship between food and parasites, providing students with a thorough understanding of how parasitic infections occur, their impact on public health, and prevention.

Last Thursday we hosted the Food Policy Pre Summit. The meeting consisted of implementing strategies to improve food security, environmental sustainability followed by a relaxing Eat & Greet. It was great to see people so many impactful and influential people in one spot.
