@el_duarteh @agenthinsch Any mortgage broker worth their salt will never recommend going in without a financing condition as it is always contingent on an appraisal or the insurer verifying the value. You can do all the due diligence ahead of time you want but it still comes down to the underwriting

Provided Inventory and Sales Volume continue to move in tandem prices should remain fairly stable. The low point was the first two weeks in April but recovery to more typical numbers is under way as people adjust to our new reality. I am cautiously optimistic. #realestate

@drbobbell @CBCQueensPark This is a little misleading. They are comparing tests per 100,000 population. Ontario is by far the most populous province @ 12.8 million and NWT the least @ 42,000. Ontario has actually done way more testing but this graph leads you to believe they haven’t.
