One thing people need to understand about extremely kind, nice, and loving people, is that their other side is just as extreme. It's their moral compass that makes them gentle. Don't mistake their self-control for weakness.
Women get prettier when our nervous system is regulated & we're not living in chronic stress. Longer hair, shinier hair, softer + glowier skin, no bloating, no breakouts, no mood swings. We’re our best version when we rest more, slow down, spend more time in the sun, eat warm foods, dance, frolic... Biologically we're wired to be whimsical

Things I Wish Were Common Knowledge About ADHD:
1. Many people struggle their entire lives and still have absolutely no idea they have ADHD.
2. Many "gifted kids," straight-A students, and high achievers slipped under the radar because anxiety and perfectionism were doing the heavy lifting.
3• A lot of people have anxiety and depression because of undiagnosed ADHD, not just alongside it.
4• ADHD doesn't always look like hyperactivity. Sometimes it looks like chronic overwhelm, exhaustion, forgetfulness, and feeling like you're constantly falling behind.
5• Hormonal changes can make ADHD symptoms much more noticeable, which is why many women don't get answers until adulthood.
6• The biggest ADHD symptom isn't always distraction. Sometimes it's spending years believing your struggles are personal failures.
7• You can spend decades trying to fix your self-esteem when what you actually needed was an explanation.
RT if you didn’t get diagnosed until adulthood
I love people who are intellectually omnivorous.
The kind who can discuss folklore, black holes, bird migration, poetry, and grocery store pricing in a single conversation without getting lost.
