@SilvaTanz_XRP Probably not, only because I've read into all terms of service, user agreements and disclaimers that I've come across on uphold and the respective third party partners you work with on staking and there's no warm and fuzzy due to lack of clarity in regulations, currently.

@AmiriKing He didn't assault the officer he inserted himself between that officer and that woman due to the excessive force used in that moment. Everything he did was in defense of that woman in that moment. TBS, he should have de-escolated ATP and both of them should have surrendered.
