@SamsungCanada Hi, Do you have an idea how to fix it ? It's make it with AppleTV and Netflix/Disney+ embedded. The problem seems to be software because it is only the videos that have the problem of rendering, not menu .... FYI, the 1 year warranty has been exceeded (4month ago)

@SamsungCanada Yes, I called it and they forward me to external repair service to pay at my expense… The Qled television have only 2 years… (it’s really a bad idea experience) I will switch to an other brand for the next one! #obsolescence
