@dirtberry @johnb_sp @_Jordo7 @donny_breek No doubt! The strength training @johnb_sp has given me involves a lot of isometric holds and movements that I can carry straight to the throwing aspect. Through lifting in full ROM I can now also better control my movements in the long tossing and max pens at high intent.

@dirtberry @johnb_sp @_Jordo7 @donny_breek From my experience, I’m not the lengthiest, or most athletic, but I’ve been able to compensate with my strength and power! As long as I’m being smart with my workouts, I’ve gotten to see huge gains not only to my velo but in game performance as well!
