Fear is all around, but that doesn’t need to be the noise inside our head.
• Choose trust. •
For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline. – 2 Timothy 1:7

Your blood poured out, my sin erased. It was my death You died, I am raised to life. Hallelujah, the lamb of God.

And hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us. – Romans 5:5

Christ on the cross: When he had received the drink, Jesus said, “It is finished.” With that, he bowed his head and gave up his spirit.

.
Jesus’ death on the cross was the finished act. Our sins were dead.

The Resurrection of Jesus story is one of making the dirty and shameful into something clean.

Jesus paid it all, all to Him I owe. Sin had left a crimson stain, He washed it white as snow.

Sometimes the right thing is the hard thing. Sometimes others don’t value the right thing. But God does.
