@DrEricLevi By controlling what I could control- making our 🏡 warm & inviting, tending to the small outside garden so that home was a place we didn’t mind being in. We changed our relationship from it being where we ate & slept to being a place of both stimulation & rest. 🏡🙏👨👩👧👧🌿
