@RocketArenaHelp We were overcharged at one of your kiosk for a 20oz pop. We were charged 37.20 for just one pop and your employees are no help at that kiosk.
Hey @GetSpectrum I wanted to keep your service trying to lower my bill. You don't have fiber in my area that would be lower cost, but your representatives could care less that I want to switch. Seems like you would rather lose a customer than keep one.
@clemetzoo We want to buy a membership but our Daughter turns 18 this year and we wouldn't be able to use it after that if we bought one that is 2 adults plus children. You need an option for these cases.
