Pretty much all the analysts have Rosen and Darnold as the two best QB's but I predict when it comes Draft Day, Baker Mayfield will have risen to the top spot. Watch his film. Look at his stats over 4 years. Super accurate. A leader. A winner. Take him @Browns
@MostMiserable@earldapearl_216 As a longtime fan. I’ve change my philosophy on team building. Every season is its own universe. It’s own movie. You gotta go all in each season because injuries and turnover is too high to build over time. Like the Rams philosophy
Still hate the Myles Garret trade.
Andrew, you trade away the future of the team for the worst QB in NFL then you make up for it by trading away the best defensive player in the history of the NFL IN HIS PRIME for 1 low first round pick and a role player DE.
@MostMiserable@earldapearl_216 Are they better or worse this season without Myles?
That said Verse is a great addition. Im sure everything gonna work out. It always does.
@ESPNCleveland@Browns_Nation1 I think it’s refreshing to hear his honest take about the situation. And I think he’s right. He knew that there would be a bit of a crack in the unity of the team if he stayed on as defensive coordinator. I think he’s wise with his comments.
@TheVictorPrice@TheGarageBeers I think it’s normal to feel pretty disheartening to lose the best defensive player maybe in the history of football. But today I’m feeling pretty good about the Verse and the future of the Browns.
@RieskeSteve You have to remember we had no receivers and no o-line. Running game was also stuffed. They addressed the offense this off season minus qb so will be interesting to see if offense took a leap.
@RieskeSteve I was being facetious. Verse gonna be a three down Edge rusher and cause havok fo sho. Myles will likely tire out by the end of the season and will likely play at Verse's level for the last quarter of the season.
@JohnMatye Alright. I'm gonna grab on to some of that optimism. Just need a minute vent. I actually like Verse. His attitude and leadership. Just stung losing Myles, but we could be good this year. One game at a time.
@JohnMatye It's going to be hard to get the QB at this point. They did the 0-16 thing to get a QB. And we still here. We have good players. They will be competitive. Easy schedule. May win 5-9 games this year. How will they get the QB? Any team drafting 1st prob need QB and will get QB.
@JohnMatye true. thought we had him and we were winning more. it was fun for a minute. then the blow up happened and it's ground hog day again. I will say our last two drafts look SOLID. so i am optimstic about that
@JohnMatye I agree. But don’t you think it would be nice for the Browns to give us something in the present moment that gives us hope for the future. The historical preponderance of bad football is hard to understand. It defies logic and reason. But I will remain hopeful. Why not.
@bougiesports Exactly. We’ve seen teams turn things around year after year. It shouldn’t take 30 years. It shouldn’t take 10 years. It shouldn’t take five years. In the NFL teams can do it in one year by being smart and drafting well.
@bigbrownCLE@PolymarketSport You know as soo as you do that they will kick you in the gonads and you will lose everything you own by winning the title. Browns will get you either way. lol
"He was a 4x400 state champion in HS, at 6'4 and 250."
-That's actually super impressive. Bro like the Nick Chubb of DE's. Chubb also state Champ in track.
Jared Verse's 2025 onfield production was valued at $32 Million. That's an incredible $28 Million over performance.
Another wild fact.
He was a 4x400 state champion in HS, at 6'4 and 250.
Can you say motor?
I feel like I’ve lived through 7 lifetimes since this photo was taken.
For better or for (mostly) worse, there is no franchise in sports like the Cleveland Browns.
