Cook Co can't manage vaccine distrib! Online at 12:00 when they released 25,000 appointments and site said approx 10,000 waiting with me. Now, hour later given away 15,600 appointments, not to me! This is 3rd time/hour waiting for site to work. Pics to prove #cookcountyfail
