Happy Wednesday, @GCRTA! Here is a smartcard experience to share with the Customer Experience folks & maybe the digital comms team. Step 2 of the instructions at https://t.co/Bbm1SKdWq9 says to add money using credit/debit cards or cash at participating Vanilla Direct locations:
The Cleveland Pride Parade is happening downtown at Public Square on Saturday, June 6. Tower City Station drops you right at the heart of it all. ❤️🧡💛💚💙
Set up your fare capped @transitapp account now so you're ready to ride.

Given that the website says that money can be added using credit cards, debit cards, and cash at Vanilla Direct locations, and that the minimum cash load is $2, is there a problem with the Vanilla Reload network/Circle K, or is the information on the website inaccurate?
According to "Pro Tip #6" on the website at https://t.co/Bbm1SKdWq9, the minimum that can be added is $2, but an attempted load of $2 resulted in another error on the POS terminal. This time the cashier advised that the minimum reload amount is $5.
🚧 Rider's Alert 🚧
The #83 will be rerouted on Thursday, June 4 for a street closure on Warren Rd near the First Federal Savings & Loan building from 8:30 am - 2:00 pm.
Please use the @transitapp for real-time updates.
