A fun and busy week in here ! We wrapped up our traditional literature projects where we studied a story and identified details about theme, characters, setting, and major events / problems! We also continued to learn big ideas about fractions!

What comes to your mind when you hear the word, “fraction?” For me, I think of 🍕 🍰 🥧 and 🍫 ! My students blew my mind when they shared all that they ALREADY know about fractions! They also helped Mr. Fox figure out that his colored part of paper does not represent 1/4 !
