If not, are they only there to receive praise and help you find your missing wallet? Listening to opinion is vital to ANY companies success

Would say: "they dont want to hear about it, so Ill be quiet" No..staying quiet about your dissatisfaction, does NOT "help" Disney improve at anything they do!

@AestheticPuppet Im certain that if there is a very high dislike factor of an attraction. Disney would ABSOLUTELY want to know what guest reaction ratio is. This is a critical function of ANY research department of ANY company in ANY industry! Being quiet does NOT help Disney!

@SirBrayden Haha..the show seems to have an awkward ending. Everybody around us were still gazing at the hardware wondering if there was any more left to the show. After a couple minutes people realized it was over and then moved on. Can Disney write "Thank you, goodnight" on the screens?
