@flymepegasus can you please tell why we cannot cancel a flight booking to what has become a disaster zone now, free of charge? Apparently the condition is to have booked the ticket before the 29th July but in that case why did you accept a booking on the 30th?

How does one get a refund from #gotogate? Flight cancelled due to Covid and they say it is a no show because the booking was not cancelled by me ha! I contacted @LOTAirlinesUS#lotpolishairlines and #gotogate multiple times in the last three months and they pass the ball around.

I shared that with #gotogate to start the refund process but no luck... They say airline may refund me or I may wait for a year and the refund is still not guaranteed.
Bought a pair of leather Chelsea #JonesBootmaker boots not even a year ago. After a few months of use the leather tore on the top! Theyβre not everyday boots. Their help desk said the purchase was made prior to their administration so I had no rights as a consumer. What a joke!

@TurkishAirlines did that again! Lost luggage for the 3rd time! 1 luggage arrived, 1 didnβt. Staff is extremely unhelpful. They donβt take responsibility, they donβt confirm when the luggage can arrive!!! #ridiculous#unprofessional#iwantmyluggagenow
