Crafting excellence in Channel Letter Machinery. Creators of the groundbreaking FUSION machine and CNC router tables. CLN is where innovation meets precision.
We need more U.S. Manufacturers.
Well last week, I met up with McKenzie Reed who manufactures some bad ass machines and sells them to wholesale sign manufacturers.
Like and comment on this if you want to see the inside of more USA manufacturing facilities
It’s F1 Race Week in Miami—so we’re showing off our version of a Formula 1 car.
This one’s parametric and cut entirely on our HS-25 CNC router table. Designed in-house. Machined in-house. No tricks, no outsourcing.
The car body was done using 3D profiling and tooling strategies we’ve developed to push our machines beyond traditional sign work. We also built the F1 gear backdrop using the HS-25’s integrated laser cutter—same machine, dual process.
We brought it all to the ISA Sign Expo last month and had a blast showing people what #NextGenCLN is all about.
🚨 Check out this beast! 🚨
This is the 8x20 router table frame for our upcoming HD-30 series. To give you an idea of scale...yeah, that's our forklift right there.
When it’s done, this monster will feature:
• Dual-zone processing to increase production.
• A laser powerful enough to slice through 3/4" wood (and more).
It’s built for heavy-duty performance 🇺🇸—because why settle for less?
What would YOU do with an American-made router table this size? Let us know 👇
Wrapped up (literally) and shipped the final @CLNofSFL machine of 2024 last week; it’s already been installed and is in production. Watching raw materials turn into precision machinery will never get old. 🇺🇸
Thanks for the shoutout @joebenson! Our new website is miles ahead of where it was before and working with the Eversite team has been great. Looking forward to working with you all in 2025!
CLN of South Florida
CLN of South Florida is a leader in designing and manufacturing precision CNC equipment, specializing in channel letter machines that empower sign-making businesses to produce high-quality, eye-catching signage with ease.
We are capitalizing early using search engine optimization to capture channel lettering specific leads (a high priority).
CLN also recently doubled-down on paid ads, asking us increase the spend in their campaign after great early results.
Their new Eversite website closes the deal, taking "quality traffic" and converting them into "quality leads."

The versatility of the FUSION channel letter machine allows for a wide range of design possibilities. From classic to modern, reverse channel letters to standard, our machines bring your vision to life.
Under the hood – core components of our channel letter machinery. This is the notching station of the patented FUSION machine. All components made in-house with the exception of the nuts, bolts, and washers.
Excited to kick off 2024 exploring the intricacies of channel letter machinery! From design to fabrication, let's dive into the world behind these iconic signs. Stay tuned to learn more about our patented machinery.
There's a curious rhythm to our day-to-day at @CLNofSFL . Suddenly, a wave of tech support calls comes in and they are all the exact same issue— controller error, servo motor encoder, material slippage in the machine. No pattern in machinery age, some have been in service over a decade and others could be 5 years old.
Similar patterns emerge in customer orders too. I've seen surges of identical requests for router tables or all of a sudden everyone needs the FUSION. No event triggers, no industry shows—just an interesting ebb and flow in the industrial market.
It doesn't bother me to share this publicly, especially the technical support side. Machinery will need maintenance and replacement parts over time, that's just a fact. What we pride ourselves on is the response. I've talked before about CLN being known for it's customer service since it's inception in 1997 and we just have to continue that tradition.
Service contracts will take that to the next level, as will some machinery redesign which allows for modularity. The goal is drop-in-replacement soft upgrades for our existing customer base that isn't in the place to afford a new machine but wants more performance or continued performance out of their current platform.
On the global stage, American ingenuity crafts dreams into reality. Let's keep the forklifts moving and the sparks flying in US factories.
Benjamin Franklin once said, "An investment in knowledge pays the best interest." Invest in the knowledge held by the American workforce.
