So Rick Chow was found non guilty for shooting 14 year old Cyrus Belton,
It’s an interesting case.

*Cyrus picks up 4 bottles
*Is being “monitored” by Chows wife
*Cyrus puts back the 4 bottles
*Leaves store
*Chow and his son head out the store to confront Cyrus

Here’s the thing though

Why did Cyrus run?
What was the reason for him to run if he “Didn do nuffin”?
That honestly made no sense to me at all so Chow and His son chasing him was completely justified they had all the right to chase him because it was suspicious to begin with.

Now the shooting..

Apparently Chow shot Cyrus in the back while he was running but honestly I don’t really think that’s the case, why would a 14 year old carry a firearm? That’s insane to me.

Many say Cyrus dropped the firearm and picked it up and pointed it at the Chow family while running away and he got one fatal shot on the back.

Self defense is at play in this case scenario.

So I’m going to go on Chows side on this unless there’s unreleased evidence that can heavily back up Cyrus on this, but like I said..

Running away for no reason.. and carrying a firearm at that age.. would only mean trouble.
