We are "good news" people here at LiveWorkPlay. We focus on showcasing progress and positive developments to support inclusion and social change. But it is a reality that like all organizations delivering supports and services, we need sufficient resources to do our work. And the objective data explains why this is becoming increasingly difficult. Some agencies in Ontario are already dealing with unsustainable programs and services - reducing or canceling some of their services. Many of our own supporters are well aware of these issues and asking how they can help. Community Living Ontario has made it both easy and effective to show your support for LiveWorkPlay and our peers in the Developmental Services sector with their "5 to Survive" campaign. This includes an online postcard that you can fill out in less than a minute! The goal is 10,000 postcards and they are already moving in on 2,000 after just a few days.
Click here https://t.co/7VC2H23hmE to try it out! If you do send a postcard, we'd love it if you would leave a supportive comment under this post, just to let us know that you joined the campaign, and to share any supportive thoughts you might have. #5toSurvive #onpoli
