Just dropped off a batch of 3D printed face shields for health care workers and other hospital staff here in Charlotte, NC via @CLT_MEDI.
It's a little uncertain out there right now, but it's still possible to make a difference!
Engineering instructors Dr. Adam Harris and Dr. Jacob Garbini are using their knowledge to 3D print pieces for medical facemasks! They've provided over 300 parts for @CLT_MEDI providing much needed PPE for Charlotte healthcare workers.

We got our first delivery of 4,000 injection molded parts today. Two hours later, boxed and ready to go. More coming tomorrow, and every day after that until all HCWs are protected.
