Really proud moment for our Y12 A Level Art students. Theyโve been involved in a project to design artwork for the interior and exterior of the new Northumbria Health and Care Academy in Cramlington, and today they got the chance to see their work in person. It looks amazing!
Just a few of the stunning flower photos taken today by some of our Y9 students, who have opted for GCSE photography next year. Looking forward to seeing their photos printed out large and exhibited in Manor Walks shopping centre, as part of the Britain in Bloom campaign.

We managed to dodge the rain yesterday and took more than 300 of our Y7 students outside for some en plein air painting. Students then added their own poems on top of the images using Pixlr. Brilliant collaboration between our Art & English depts, and students absolutely loved it!
Check out these banners at Manor Walks Centre by our Year 12 Art students at Cramlington Learning Village, to celebrate the Coronation of King Charles III. Inspired by his involvement in environmental issues, campaigning for better conservation, organic farming & climate issues.
