日本沖縄経由で英國に政治亡命した香港獨立派の #鍾翰林 (Tony Chung)は少年刑務所で、新入り受刑者の管理を刑務所から任されている受刑者(所謂、牢名主)の性虐待を告発した。
先ずは香港Free Mediaの記事から。

以前、壁屋刑務所で拘留中の人物が襲撃され、2級刑務助手が逮捕されたとの報道がありました。今日（19日）、觀塘裁判所で初めて公判が開かれ、最初の被告である2級刑務助手以外にも、他の4人の拘留者が「人を傷つける17」で起訴されました。被害者は18歳の趙姓の男性です。
18歳の拘留者が木棒で肛門を突かれ、直腸が穿孔し、永久的な損傷を負ったと疑われています。人工肛門が必要で、再度の直腸手術を受ける必要があるとのことで、現在も入院中です。警察の調査の結果、6人の男性が逮捕されました。そのうち1人は警察署で保釈され、残りの5人は一時的に無罪を主張する必要はなく、検察側は警察の継続的な調査を待つために保留を申請しました。代理裁判官の劉綺雲は、次回の公判を4月22日に延期し、最初の被告の保釈申請を拒否しました。残りの4人は保釈申請をせず、引き続き拘留されます。

以前香港を離れた鍾翰林は、投稿で、投獄中に同じ「期間」にいて、事件に関与した矯正職員を知っていると述べ、保釈待ちの者は一級矯正助手だと述べました。記事では、政治犯が性的虐待を受け、強制的に口交を行い、射精するまで強制され、従わなければさらなる暴力を受けると明らかにされました。また、事件が壁屋の各期間にすぐに広まったが、矯正職員は何の反応も示さなかったと指摘しました。

譚力翀（33歳、公務員を自称）、李梓睿（19歳、無職）、何力桓（20歳、無職）、李宇軒（19歳、無職）、林承蔚（20歳、無職）は、「意図的な傷害」の罪で告発され、2023年12月26日に新界将軍澳清水湾道壁屋矯正所B棟1階B3-A活動室の外の階段で、趙姓の男性に重傷を負わせる意図で違法かつ悪意を持って趙を傷つけました。
