How about a few journalists read this article written by one of the country’s greatest immigration experts and based on his own research and analysis.

As you watch the Aurora this evening, it’s worth reflecting that you’re getting a rare direct glimpse of the power of Nature. Those charged particles causing the atmosphere to glow came from a sunspot complex 17 times the diameter of Earth and traveled across 90 million miles at a million miles an hour. Without our magnetic field to protect us, our atmosphere would have been lost to space long ago. Those colours in the sky are Nature reminding us that we’re very lucky to be here amidst the violence. And perhaps therefore also reminding us not to shite it all up :-)
Brilliant @bairdjulia writes in the @smh re the appt of Sam Mostyn as GG:
“…it’s fascinating to watch conservatives argue that the very words diversity, inclusivity and equality are divisive, ignoring that they are values…pursued by the corporate sector”.

Will Peter Dutton apologise tonight to the refugee man he spent all day demonising in Parliament only for it to turn out he was the wrong man charged by police? He’s been released & man now charged has nothing to do with men recently released by High Court
🚨 a statement from Indigenous Australians who backed the Voice
"when we determine a new direction for justice and our rights, let us once again unite. Let us convene in due course to carefully consider our
path forward"
"We are calling A Week of Silence from tonight to grieve"
@cheryl_kernot@BelindaJones68@abcnews The abc is has cognitive dissonance after severe starvation, abuse and talent cuckolds. The inherently good are paralysed, confused, ineffectual
I’m voting yes. Indigenous disadvantage is a national disgrace, especially when Australia is blessed with the oldest culture on the planet. It must change, & recognition & listening is showing basic respect.
“The Voice initiative will pave the way to overcome the colonial legacy of systemic discrimination and inequalities that have undermined the ability of Indigenous Peoples to realise their rights to development and self-determination” - @UNHumanRights: https://t.co/zJlYSKJjLg
