@awcwvlc She was something else. IMO the most influential administrator in the history of Women’s Cricket. Amongst her many achievements she financed the 1937 tour to England. She was later reimbursed but without Ruth Aust v England Test tours may have been a one-off.

@abcsport They didn’t qualify with a narrow win. They had qualified by the 11th over of the Indian innings. The match was close as both teams are professionals and very good at cricket
