I have a lot of friends who are anti-vax. Good guys, all of them, and hard workers. In that clutch of friends most all got COVID at some point and several were hospitalized. Now 3 of them have serious brain injury from the virus. Two have had to sell or close their companies.

I also have a clutch of friends that believed in the full vaccine regimen. Some of them even got the virus. None of them have suffered any long term effects that I am aware of. They are all still working every day if they want to.

I'm no researcher, I'm nothing important really, but as I look around at my social circle, which is pretty large, it seems to me that the pharmacists and scientists I spoke with early on in the pandemic were correct in their assessment as to the efficacy of the vaccine.
