CMI empowers women through community action. Focusing on three key priorities: tackling domestic violence, reducing crime, and promoting cleaner streets.
Volunteers joined residents of Common Lane for a community clean-up and conversations about local issues. Working alongside partner agencies, CMI will continue supporting residents to address concerns, strengthen community pride and create lasting positive change.

Our strategy is to connect communities and empower Street Champions to build networks, take ownership of their streets and support those around them. We remain committed to this approach and will continue our work. #CommunityRespect#StrongerTogether#StreetChampions
Many of you have reached out with concerns regarding a flyer that has recently been distributed. We would like to clarify that this flyer was produced by a separate organisation we have no affiliation with, using a replicated βStreet Championβ model.
The Street Champion model has been recognised as effective and while we welcome its wider use, it is important to emphasise that we not only endorse the model, but also the ethos behind it, respect, collaboration and community empowerment.
Our community partners highlight the power of working together; key to building safer, greener communities where young people feel valued and take pride in their surroundings.
Thank you to #BYSA for joining us and championing #ItStartsWithYou with your youth and community.
Street Champions were out again this weekend on Mendip Avenue showcasing a new sign π
