Sweet Shortcrust Pastry is used for Sweet tarts, fruit pies ect To make savoury pastry for quiche, omit the sugar& add a pinch of salt.
Pastry making rules:
Use half quantity of fat to flour, to make it sweet add 5ml sugar for every 50g flour. Add liquid little & slowly.
