@JacksonDun60293 @PokemonRestocks Yeah it's hard to say if a drop just didn't go your way of if you were intentionally locked out. Any way you sliced it, Target online has been good to me. Saves me from having to camp out locally which is a nightmare cause I'm in a big city.

@G_I_N_LoL @PokemonDealsTCG Target releases 1 product at a time over a couple of hours. If the ETB is first my guess is booster bundles next, then 3 pack blisters based on the number of units supposedly available. They usually start with highest stock first then go down the line
