I am hitting the road and would love to see you in person. In the next month, I'll be at three book festivals and two library conferences. All of the events are going to be great, but they'd be even better if you were there! @TXLA@MASLOnline@NTTBFest@booksartmusicfl
Blackout Poetry starts tomorrow in the library! We recycled a couple of damaged books to get pages to make our poems. We look forward to seeing your poems tomorrow, Broncos! @CISDlib@coppelleast

βWeather Wednesdayβ was a hit. Nonfiction reading, forecast, fact sharing, and overall tons of learning! I was completely stumped at all the Science our Broncos know! I had at least 60 Ss share facts w/me today! Canβt wait for βWildlife Wednesdayβ next week! @coppelleast@CISDlib
Thatβs a wrap - we ended our book club tonight! The wonderful @amymakechnie joined us for an author visit! Thankful she spent time w/us & shared about writing process! Proud of our Bronco Lit Club leaders for planning & moderating their first author Zoom! @CISDlib@coppelleast
7th grade LA engaged in a Charles Dickens intro ahead of their next unit. Ss focused on the juxtaposition between rich/poor classes during the Victorian Era, as most of CDβs writing was inspired by his own life living as a child laborer. Busy, messy & totally worth it! @CISDlib
So excited to partner with Art classes to bring unique bookmarks to our library! What a great way to showcase student art! Well done, Broncos! And thank you! β€οΈπππ» @coppelleast@CISDlib
