@SouthwestAir Rachel, my seats were given away preliminarily! Nothing to do with our boarding position. Our original arrival time was 9:35 a.m. and we landed at close to 1:00 p.m. The return flight had a 4-hour delay. Horrible way to start and end our vacation! @SouthwestAir
