Today, I join COMELEC Chairman George Garcia, the Integrated Bar of the Philippines, and our partners in the Stakeholders’ Briefing on Voters’ Education and the signing of the Memorandum of Agreement to strengthen voter education ahead of the 2026 Bangsamoro Parliamentary Elections here in Marawi City.

As the BARMM Chief Minister and the concurrent Minister of Basic, Higher and Technical Education, I reaffirm the Government’s commitment to bringing voter education closer to our schools and communities. An informed electorate is essential to building a government that truly reflects the will of our people.

Together, let us continue building a #MasMatatagNaBangsamoro, one informed vote at a time.

Sa bawat silid-aralan na ating itinatayo, mas marami tayong kabataang Bangsamoro ang nabibigyan ng pagkakataong mangarap, matuto, at magtagumpay.

Ngayong araw, pinangunahan natin ang inagurasyon at turnover ng Sheikh Omar Pasigan Building sa Kutawato Darussalam College sa Cotabato City. Ang bagong dalawang-palapag na gusali ay may limang silid-aralan at isang computer laboratory na may 40 computer units upang higit pang mapalakas ang kalidad ng edukasyon at maihanda ang ating mga mag-aaral sa mga hamon ng makabagong panahon.

Sa ilalim ng ating #MasMatatagNaBangsamoro agenda, patuloy nating palalawakin ang access sa de-kalidad na edukasyon at magtatayo ng mga pasilidad na magbibigay sa bawat kabataang Bangsamoro ng mas magandang pagkakataon na maabot ang kanilang mga pangarap. Inshaa allah.

Today, I joined Senate President Win Gatchalian, Senator Bam Aquino, Senator Joel Villanueva, Congressman Roman Romulo, Congressman Zia Alonto Adiong, Department of Education Secretary Sonny Angara, and our national education partners during the EDCOM 2 Exhibit Launch and the signing of the Memorandum of Agreement establishing the Bangsamoro Education Coordination Forum (BECF).

The findings of EDCOM 2 remind us that improving education demands bold reforms, stronger institutions, and closer collaboration. In the Bangsamoro, we are responding with action. Through the BECF, we are bringing together BARMM ministries and national education agencies under one platform to align policies, address long-standing challenges, and ensure that every Bangsamoro learner receives the quality education they deserve.

This partnership strengthens our commitment to building a #MasMatatagNaBangsamoro—where government works as one, institutions are empowered, teachers are supported, and every Bangsamoro child is given the opportunity to learn, grow, and succeed. Education is a shared responsibility, and together, we are laying a stronger foundation for the future of our region.

LOOK: Bangsamoro Chief Minister Abdulraof Macacua welcomed President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. on Wednesday, July 22, at the 6th Infantry (Kampilan) Division, Philippine Army, in Datu Odin Sinsuat, Maguindanao del Norte, for the National Government–Bangsamoro Government Convergence Program.

The initiative brings together the National Government and the Bangsamoro Government to deliver essential services, development interventions, and public assistance to communities across the Bangsamoro Region. The activity is being held simultaneously at the Bangsamoro Government Center in Cotabato City.

The convergence activity aligns with the National Government’s “Bawat Bayan Makikinabang” initiative and the Bangsamoro Government’s “Mas Matatag na Bangsamoro” agenda.

TINGNAN | Masiglang kaganapan ngayon sa Bangsamoro Government Center sa Cotabato City ngayong Miyerkules, Hulyo 22, para sa pagsisimula ng National Government-Bangsamoro Government Convergence Program.

Layunin ng programang ito na maghatid ng direktang tulong mula sa iba't ibang ministry, opisina, at ahensya ng Bangsamoro Government. Kabilang sa mga pangunahing makatatanggap ng suporta ang:

I had the honor of welcoming President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. to the Bangsamoro for the National Government–Bangsamoro Government Convergence Program. His presence reflects our shared commitment to bring government closer to our people and ensure that development reaches every Bangsamoro community.

This convergence is about action. National agencies and Bangsamoro ministries are working together to deliver housing, livelihood, health, education, infrastructure, social protection, and other essential services that respond to the needs of our people. It is through this kind of partnership that we strengthen public service and create opportunities for every Bangsamoro family.

As Chief Minister, I remain committed to ensuring that the Bangsamoro Government continues to serve with purpose. No election or calamity will stop us from fulfilling our responsibility to our people. The inauguration of the Super Health Center in Barangay Gambar, Kabuntalan marks another important step in our commitment to making quality healthcare more accessible to every Bangsamoro community. This is the first of many health facilities we will build as we continue expanding essential healthcare services across the region. Ito ay pamumuhunan sa mas malulusog na pamilya, mas matatag na komunidad, at mas maayos na kinabukasan para sa ating mga mamamayang Bangsamoro.
