When the city council looks at the Comprehensive Plan (the Comp Plan) tonight, we will be seeing it for the first time as a council. But this document is not new. It is a living document that is updated every ten years, to incorporate -

Any member of council can remove an item from the consent agenda, and it is something I will do whenever something seems to fall outside the scope of routine. In this case, the majority of council chose not to pursue a discussion.
