@UlfHberg@newinattica And then you get the Midwest, the upper Midwest, the Southwest, differing than California (which Northern and Southern California are way different). Then you have Wyoming up to Montana, and then the Pacific Northwest. All have extremely different cultures and ways of life!
@UlfHberg@newinattica I do want to point out that while, yes, America is one country, we have numerous different cultures. The Northeast from Philly to Boston, is much faster life than the South. The Deep South is deferent than the Coastal South. Florida and Texas are their own cultures.
@MattWalshBlog For me personally, my mom died when she was 42. I turn 43 tomorrow and am proud of my age. I know every day is a gift, even if days may not seem like it. My oldest kiddo is the same age I was when my mom passed and I am grateful for every day & moment our family has.
@MattWalshBlog This is something I don’t understand either. I think it has to do with expectations of life accomplishments at a particular age. For instance, a woman may claim to still be in their 20s if they’re not married or have children yet.
@JeremyDBoreing Such a phenomenal show. And one that our whole family could watch together. We love fantasy and historic time period shows and this one was amazing for all of us to watch together. Thank you!
@JeremyDBoreing Please tell me you’re making more seasons to follow the books more. The show is phenomenal and we all watched it mesmerized by it. It was such great quality, acting, and everything else. So, so good.
Good Evening and Happy 2026!
Wishing you and yours an amazing New Year! May you be blessed with growth and introspection of your faith and life, joy filled love, and peace.

Good Morning friends and Happy Thursday. It’s a cold one today. But remember a new day means new opportunities. Rest and allow God to lead ❤️
Also, it’s National Cookie Day!
@ScottPresler Scott, I don’t normally vote in the local elections, but this year (and every year forward) is different. Many of us showed up. Just not enough. But please know that you are making a difference.
It’s wild too. On Wednesday morning last week, we had a parish meeting with the archdiocese about how to bring people into the Church again. It’s about conversations and connections. Meeting people where they are to lead them Home.

Good Afternoom and Happy Monday!
I’ve been so disheartened with what has gone on in the world the past few weeks. I saw online posts regarding people saying they’d like to go back to church again or attend for the first time. However, that was online, somewhere out there. (1/3)
I am happy to report, as a parish secretary, I’ve received more calls, emails, and inquiries person walk-ins about becoming Catholic. And I was told our weekly attendance this past weekend was up 205 people. Being part of this is so beyond words. (2/3)
