@lfcclick127@NoHypeThoughts@HimothyReports Our fanbase just have a weird obsession with him. Just ignore that Baleba had a terrible season, and he’s still on the same level if not better than Palhinha lol
@Kish_P14 “If” we were serious we’d sign him, send him on loan to Bundesliga/PL. Then have him come back next season when VDV forces a move, and we have Europe.
@User7460589 Not seen a lot of Ordonez ngl, I’m just happy we’re profiling for the correct players, not many better attainable than them imo.
Levy-era would’ve left Danso as the starter. JPVH is objectively the safer option, they clearly want experience/leadership.
@JoeWho37031408@InvertTheWing Porro isn’t that bad, occasionally gets burned 1v1 but it’s not like Cancelo or Trent levels.
His main weakness is crosses to the backpost, very poor marking in those situations but he’s not that at defending in general.
@jessewassup Think they’re playing it safe like United last season and prioritising Prem experience above all else.
I hear it, back to back 17th is unacceptable, need guaranteed quality and PL players almost guarantee that.
Not many on the market better we could get realistically, and with Lange it’s always going to Prem experienced > anything else.
RDZ clearly wants him as well, add to it his injury record and it’s an upgrade-ish on Romero.
People really suggesting we sign John Stones as a Romero replacement??
So we’re going to go from 50% availability to about 30%, people like the idea of the player but forget the reality.
@jessewassup That Gallagher signing killed us ffs, Sarr has been miss-profiled for three fucking years.
Why would you play a large space eater, who’s good at interceptions, tackles and decent long range passing as a box crashing 8/10.
@R46972Reuben@jessewassup I like Bentancur and Frank made him look much worse, but I’m keeping Sarr over him.
Bentancur will be gone next year, and Sarr has such a unique profile.
Last season was a write off for every player more or less, I know what I saw from Bergvall the season before.
Not worth throwing that away for some recent bias, Bentancur’s progressive passing declined by 3x due to Frankball.
