@UlsterBank_Help My relative (88) has a UB account. A £10 transaction got blocked so rang security. After 30min wait, she had a horrible stressful time answering many, many q's incl her version of Windows & her ISP. £10 finally approved, but a/c still locked. What do you suggest?
