Donte Whitner on Robert Saleh taking the Titans head coaching job:
“I do not like Robert Saleh going to the Tennessee Titans. He’s not an offensive coach. You don’t have a proven quarterback. If your quarterback isn’t doing exactly what he’s taught to do, how do you know how to coach him up and be prepared? You’re relying on a quarterback coach or offensive coordinator when you’re the head guy, and you’re going to take the fall when you don’t win. So when I’m looking at it, I see just another New York Jets situation. Zach Wilson, good defensive, you even had Aaron Rodgers and couldn’t figure it out.”

Richard Sherman on this play by Brock Purdy:
“This is the play you see Patrick Mahomes and Josh Allen make and they play it on ESPN for days and days and say 'this is why these are the best quarterbacks in the league'. Niners fans, this is why Brock is getting paid the big bucks. This game right here, and the last game against the Colts. That’s why he’s getting paid the big bucks. And you know he’s going to play this way in the playoffs. That’s the big difference between him and these other young quarterbacks playing at a high level that have no playoff experience. Brock has shown it in the playoffs. He’s played like THIS in the playoffs.”

Trent Williams with HIGH PRAISE for Brock Purdy:
“When you’re in that huddle, there’s only one voice speaking. You got 10 grown men staring at you. You can’t fool grown men. The confidence that he has in the huddle no matter what phase of the game, those long play-calls, just getting everybody where they need to be, from A to Z he does it at a really high level. I say it all the time, he’s a god send for us to get him where we got him in the draft. Obviously he’s getting what he deserves now, but he’s still the same guy from his rookie year. He’s just a baller, man.”
