So I did get a call, from a man named Ronathan (like Jonathan but with a Ron) claiming to work with but not for the Google Play customer complaints department. I was, on some level, immediately suspicious that my tweet with two (2) likes resulted in any response at all.

FYI, @GooglePlay doesn't give a shit if you make accidental in-app purchases in your sleep. They'll deny your refund, give no recourse to appeal, & have no option to speak to a person to explain. Terrible customer service. Things like this are gonna make me get an iPhone @Apple
