Love this for one of my all-time favorites. So proud of the great young man he is and can’t wait to see what the future holds (including graduating in 2 weeks!). Hopefully I get to see you playing on Sundays someday @MikeBonsu23

At some point we need to have a serious conversation about NIL “agents” and the role they are playing in this madness. Zero concern for academics, post graduation options, or fit, just take from one team to sell to the highest bidder..
📚Excellence on and off the field 📚
Congrats to Abby Hansen and Reilly Heman on earning CUSA All-Academic Team honors!
Two leaders in the classroom and on the pitch for the Bears. 🐻⚽️

Proud of how hard this team has worked on and off the field especially with a very difficult and travel-heavy non-conference schedule and some crazy hard classes. They earned this!
Are we sure today wasn’t actually like 3 days all in 1? 1st day of school makes me feel like I ran a marathon. Fall 2025 brings me back to the classroom as a teacher and a student though so all I can say is… bring it on! 📚💪
I’m all for this idea! Public speaking classes (among other classes) should be mandatory for all student-athletes. They need to know how to articulate their ideas to a wide variety of people, not just how to post their opinions and film on social media
Josh Jacobs credits Nick Saban for requiring Alabama players to take speech & interpersonal communication classes as freshmen to help speak to the media.
