The prof said that was the total cost but how it could be 2.5% of a single year GDP. No way,MUCH MUCH HIGHER, likely 2.5% of the next 25 yrs total output/GDP…..

The reflecting pools were cleaned and, more importantly, the leaks were fixed that were losing thousands of gallons per day. It had been neglected for years.
My immediate family lives in DC and the reflecting pools look great.
