@VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK I've done this now 6 X and keep being transferred from person to person and everytime they say it will be done within 24hours.I was stuck on the motorway not being able to call my recovery company because you have put me on "emergency calls only" for a whole month!

@VodafoneUK what an utter shambles of a customer service. I have been waiting a month to transfer my number from pay monthly to pay as u go.
Everytime I ring I get moved to person to person and don't get anywhere. Never experienced something so bad! How do I sort this!
