@Georges_Lekeu@proximus J'ajoute un défi de plus. Faites votre travail ! Depuis 2 jours, je n'ai pas d'internet (j'ai une petite entreprise). J'ai appelé plusieurs fois, aucune solution n'a été trouvée (on va partir pour une semaine au moins, c'est sur). Les nouveaux concurrents? Sone les bienvenus !
@proximus@ProximusEnt Just sent to DM. I am desperate. No one can tell me why the technician did not come (apparently the technicians are untracealbe). Two weeks without internet, and now need to wait for the 13th (if the technician will come). I am a small entreprise. How am I suppose to work?
@ProximusGroup Dear @proximus I waited for all day the technician to instal internet. Did not show up and did not call (they said technicias are not traceable !!!). Second time doing so in 2 weeks and now need to wait one more. Shameful! And I have a business account!!!!

@ProximusGroup@proximus Hope they will enjoy because my business and my family we are having a second nightmare with Proximus. First couple of months ago almost a month without phone (i had to change operator) and now moving home without internet and tv 1/2
@proximus This has been said by 10 people at least. No solution. What difference it can make? The thing that it will really help is to support me in closing subscription with Proximus and allow me to change operator and find solution. I will write you in DM. Could you help me with that?
@proximus I have been without network for 10 days because of an error made by Proximus . No solution found until today...still no network... impossible to make phone call using data or connecting to apps that require activation through phone number. Shame
