Been locking in and having success with my diet.
Weight increase with fat loss and muscle gain. Stacking lifting with 18 miles of running per week along with ddr (no ddr this week, sadly) is a challenge. However, the biggest factor has been hitting macros targets.
Did this set after the lift and the big 6 mile run. Not the best scores ive ever gotten, but wanted to test what I could do.
My aerobic capacity has increased over the past month and a half for sure.
Today I used a spotter and got 255lbs × 3 on the bench press. The spotter said he helped with about 10 or so lbs on the last rep, so last rep was 245lbs??
Either way, felt the progress today after a bad morning of mental health issues, so glad to have pushed thought it.
I hit 255lbs at the gym this morning on the bench, which is about 1.1× my body weight.
Im solidly in the intermediate category for the 1RM for bench, but it may be undersold due to my current exercise order. Actual 1RM could be in the 270s if I was more fresh in my attempt.
