Simple easy exercise using just a band to focus on maintaining a flat foot while going into hip internal & external rotation
This specific angle on the band is primarily strengthening external rotation using the outer hip & glute to rotate the knee outward
Balanced hips are crucial in all sports! The better you can move the more effectively you’ll be able transfer energy throughout the body putting less stress on other parts of the body!
