@Mariaflood97 I was dealing with all of ur husband's issues for 24 days, advice is get ComReg on board & then as soon as the number is restored, move providers while u can cause some ppl got their numbers restored & then lost them again after a few days, so move as soon as u can to save it

Cause yaknow, my number still not working has obviously given me no idea that this wasn't been resolved 🙄 This was after I asked what the reply was to an email Rachel sent to the support team on the 23rd. 6 days later, surely they replied?
@Little_Dhampirx They'll tell u to get a replacement SIM due to them causing this issue with their migration to new technology, then your replacement will either work or not, and if it doesn't work, welcome, I am now on Day 22 of having no phone number and zero help from them :)
