Judicial ITS and Colorado OIT are working collaboratively to resolve the network outage and teams will be working throughout the evening. At this point, we do not have an ETA for bringing the system back online. (4/)
At approximately 6 pm on Jan. 17 Judicial was informed of a cooling system failure at the offsite backup location. As a result of the failure, Judicial decided to shut down all operating systems until they can be cooled, brought back online, and evaluated for damage. (3/)
BREAKING: Colorado Courts will be operating on a limited basis on Thurs. Jan. 18, as the Judicial Department has experienced a network outage impacting case management and communication systems statewide. (1/)
Due to damage incurred at the Carr Judicial Center on Jan. 2 and resulting electrical system instability, the Department decided to migrate its statewide case management system to its backup network housed with Colorado OIT. (2/)
All courthouses will be open on Thurs. Jan. 18. Services will be available through clerks’ offices. Probation offices will be open as well. Please check with your local courthouse if you have questions. Expect a Thursday midmorning update here. (5/5)

@SoperMatthew Thank you @SoperMatthew and @MarcSnyderHD18! @COBarAssoc appreciates your efforts in the House to modernize estate planning and give Coloradans more options to safely execute wills during the pandemic. #coleg#copolitics
Our bill to allow electronic execution of wills passed unanimously! Thank you to Rep Marc Snyder for carrying the heavy weight in shepherding HB21-1004 through the process. Our bill was the first to pass the House in the 2021 session.
