What makes the U.S. Army the best in the world? Our Non Commissioned Officer Corps!
They don't come better than Command Sergeant Major Rodriguez at the @440thCA_BN. Welcome to the Frontier Brigade, CSM!
It is truly a privilege to have been selected to serve the soldiers of the 440th Civil Affairs Battalion as their Commander. In these times of ever-escalating tensions and global uncertainty, our role as the warrior diplomats of the Army is more important than ever.
When the unforgiving minute arrives, the most consequential decisions are often made by junior officers, NCOs, and Soldiers. Ensure they have confidence and competence to make the right choices when it counts!
Do you have what it takes to lead Soldiers in the Frontier Brigade?

Fellow leaders, how are you inspiring our future company and battalion commanders? We need the best.
It is about culture and a sense of fulfillment, not just policies and resources. You own that.

I am constantly amazed by the Frontier Brigade. @364CABrigade's own MSG Smith and MAJ Gibson launched the Buffalo Soldiers Association's Cathay Williams Chapter. The group is open to all to honor the Buffalo Soldiers' legacy and support Soldiers of all backgrounds.
It is always great to visit Fort Carson, Colorado and the Mountain Soldiers of the Frontier Brigade!
