A great collaborative discussion held this morning at Searcys, The Gherkin. Again another successful event centred on the topic of “What is it about the UK Construction Model that makes it difficult for Façade Contractors to survive?”.

Great to see the extensive refurbishment and re-modelling of 11-15 Grosvenor Crescent draw to a close.

The scheme looks stunning and the architecture sits well alongside the buildings surrounding it.

Great progress being made at Wedge House, Hoxton Hotel with the frame topping out. Congratulations to Lifschutz Davidson Sandilands, Gardiner & Theobald LLP and Kier Group for reaching this large milestone.

Recent release of photos from site, show excellent progress being made on the Wedge House Hotel project. Having now completed at the off-site location, the focus has turned to onsite, with the precast panels rapidly being hung on the building.
