Today I joined army generals and colonels in a mission-vision-strategy session, chaired by our army commander. Warfighting capable, pro-active and adaptive, based on mission command and simplicity were key topics. @1GENLCorps plays an important role in the @landmacht future.

At a German military cemetery in Finland, @Inspekteur_Heer and I laid a wreath with 🇳🇱 and 🇩🇪 comrades to honor victims of past conflicts. Our shared pursuit of peace and cooperation unites us as friends and allies, remembering those who were once enemies. #Remembrance #Unity

Supreme #ArmyCommand in #Lithuania: Around 60 generals🇩🇪🇳🇱, brigade commanders and other senior leaders traveled to the #GrandQuadriga exercise on a leadership trip. The focus is on current situation briefings, meetings and discussions with the #battlegroup.
