Really, @HKane?
How disrespectful and dismissive does that sounds?
Ghana played exceptionally well yesterday. The reality is that England looked nervous and uncomfortable for large parts of the game. This isn’t the first time England has faced Ghana, so acting surprised by the quality on display is strange.
And what exactly do you mean by “these countries”? If you have a point to make, say it clearly instead of hiding behind vague language and then back-pedalling later when people question it.
What makes this worse is that you couldn’t simply acknowledge Ghana’s performance. Instead, you claimed they were just holding the ball, which isn’t what happened. They defended brilliantly, stayed organised, and earned the result.
And talking about how England “could have won” is irrelevant. Football isn’t decided by hypotheticals. If England could have won, then why didn’t they? Football isn’t decided by hypothetical chances—it’s decided by what happens on the pitch.
Kwasiafuor! Behave yourself.
