Capacity used to be ~75,000 but now it is ~63,000 because of safety regs

@DivineTrading We have historic stadiums with charm that are not so isolated, but fifa didn’t want to use them.
This is in my town, It’s 112 years old and holds ~62,000 (used to hold ~75,000 before safety refs). You can walk there from downtown
