Meet Envoy Dr. Pharm. Sheku Suma Mansaray, affectionately known as AGBA within CORE.
An alumnus of the Prince of Wales Secondary School, Dr. Mansaray is currently the Senior Regulatory Officer (SRO) responsible for Marketing Authorization at the Pharmacy Board of Sierra Leone.
Passionate about human resource development, Dr. Mansaray also serves as an Associate Lecturer I at COMAHS, USL, and coordinates the Pharmacy Technician Program. His commitment to education reflects his desire to help students achieve their academic goals.
Dr. Mansaray navigates his professional challenges with patience, courage, resilience, and collaboration. His decision-making is guided by his core values: being God-fearing, thoughtful, sincere, consultative, and consistent.
Outside of work, he engages in socio-political discussions and debates, which he believes are crucial for national development. A dedicated Manchester United fan, he enjoys watching his team play and is also passionate about outdoor activities, including exercise and other sports, as well as reading.

Meet Envoy Dr. Muhammad-Abbas Conteh.
Envoy Dr. Muhammad-Abbas Conteh is a distinguished alumnus of Bo School and former President of COMAHS-SU (2011-2013) at the University of Sierra Leone.
He played a pivotal leadership role in the STRIVE Ebola vaccine trial and is an established writer and researcher, contributing significantly to vaccine trials and health systems strengthening. His publications span general internal medicine, cardiovascular medicine, and nephrology.
Currently, he is a faculty member at the St. Francis-Emory Internal Medicine Residency Program in Columbus, Georgia.
Dr. Conteh's resilience in the face of challenges, his unwavering determination to succeed, and his gratitude to God for life's opportunities are truly inspiring. His core values include self-discipline, good leadership, and academic excellence.
Outside of work, he enjoys playing football, engaging in community service, and is currently learning to swim.

Remembering the dedication and heroism of the Late Envoy Dr. Sheik Umarr Khan on the 10th anniversary of his passing.
Dr. Sheik Umarr Khan, born in 1975 in Lungi, Sierra Leone, was the youngest of 10 children.
He realized his dream of becoming a doctor, graduating from the University of Sierra Leone’s College of Medicine in 2001 and completing his internship in 2004.
Known for his jovial manner and love for soccer, Dr. Khan was an avid AC Milan fan.
From 2010 to 2013, he specialized in internal medicine at the West African College of Physicians in Ghana.
His dedication to advancing his medical knowledge and his courageous efforts during the Ebola crisis have left an indelible mark on Sierra Leone and beyond.

Meet Envoy Dr. Abdul Jibril Njai
Fondly known as JAN, Dr. Njai is a name that resonates within the walls of Sierra Leone Grammar School. Recognized by the esteemed Mr. Akiwande Lasite as one of his best pupils who served as Head Prefect of the School, Dr. Njai exemplifies excellence.
A passionate advocate for health sector reforms, Dr. Njai has held leadership roles as President of the Junior Doctors Association and Secretary General of the Sierra Leone Medical and Dental Association. He is a prominent advocate for Universal Health Coverage and Health Financing Reforms and has worked with international organizations like the World Health Organization. Currently, he serves as a health financing specialist for the Ministry of Health.
Dr. Njai's guiding principles are persistence and the three R’s: Respect, Responsibility, and Right. Outside of work, he enjoys football, music, and traveling.

The origins of his nickname are uncertain, but it might be due to his frequent travels or his education at the International Secondary School Ltd.
